Allow for saving of templates for Single Surveys that also allow for the entering of email addresses for delivery of the surveys. Our primary and current use case for this is our desire to send internal surveys at the end of a project so that team members can provide feedback on the performance of other project team members.

It would be great if there was a way to pull the project team members from CW automatically, but for now, we are just asking for the functionality mentioned above because we could then use that as a workaround.
