This is most exciting! We are a VAR of a large national Point of Sale software and historically they sent out multi-question NPS style surveys. 2024 they are no longer doing this for the VARs. We would like to continue these surveys, but can not do them through Smileback. We currently use the single question - but need the multi-question option. If not through smileback, then this one survey will need to be handled by a 3rd party. This is very exciting to see the potential for smileback to add this to their product.

Yes please. We are unable to use SmileBack NPS because we need to add questions. The single question doesn't gather the feedback we need.

Hi Eben,
Our NPS survey has 11 customized questions that lead up to "How likely would you be to refer us". Our need is less of follow up questions, but the ability to add custom questions to the initial survey.
