Can we have more that 3 faces. Would like something along the lines of Excellent, Good, Bad Terrible, or even be able to change the labels on the existing ones Also, the label under the face to line up centrally and not look line an add-on.

On behalf of partner ‘Debbie Burch’ adding this feature. Partners would like GREAT, GOOD, BAD, and TERRIBLE as they just feel that a neutral option is not necessary and want to remove the neutral option.

Agree 100% - providing a fourth face (or an option to add a fourth) would provide more granular insights into the CSAT rating. Is the Neutral leaning to more good than negative, or more negative than good? I just did a demo of Invarosoft and their built in CSAT offering uses this 4-option tactic and it makes a lot of sense.
