Connect SmileBack to Power Automate and create workflows triggered by new CSAT, NPS or Project Survey responses. This will include the ability to set up Teams alerts for new reviews in CSAT, NPS and/or Project Surveys and will mean we can continue providing an integration for Teams once Microsoft retires the connector we rely on for the current integration.

We have completed our main development work on this feature and are now submitting it to Microsoft for their assessment, once that is successfully completed we will be able to publish the connector to Power Automate.
We'll update you via this roadmap and our emails and in-app messages once this is ready.

Adriana Michel We're just wrapping up the main development work on this, we'll then be submitting it to Microsoft for certification. We don't have an exact launch date yet but it should be in the next month or so. We'll let you know here and via our update emails as soon as we can.
