Agreed, both complaints but also compliments - it would be nice to be able to add them manually. The same for NPS, sometimes this comes up in QBR and now we have to send an email while we are there on location.

We still have instances in which some customers send feedback via email which would be added to the tciket discussion rather than clicking on the icon. Can we have a restricted feature for Administrator to input on behalf of the client? It should be tagged differently so one would know it was manually inputted.

Hi Erik, I've just changed the title slightly as we've also had a request to do this with NPS as well.

Eben Marks: This would be useful. Ideally if we can flag the other channels example Customer Feedback or Complaint.. that would be helpful. Right now, I track these in an excel so it would be good if we have such option.
