Currently, our Dropbox integration exports CSAT results, but not NPS (Net Promoter Score) data. Our partners rely on manual exports of NPS results for their monthly reporting, which is a time-consuming process.
Integrating NPS results into the Dropbox export alongside CSAT data would allow partners to fully automate their monthly reporting, significantly improving efficiency and reducing manual effort. This enhancement would provide a more comprehensive and streamlined data flow for our partners.
