Smileback currently allows the "Share to Google Reviews" prompt for clients who share positive feedback only. Although any company wants to prevent negative feedback from being shared on Google, we feel it doesn't look good for us from a client perspective. Eventually, clients will see that Smileback only allows Google reviews for positive feedback and view Smileback to be biased, as well as see that we're trying to hide any potential negative reviews on Google. As we want to maintain our image, we also want to hold our clients' best interests.
