Filter options for Slack and Microsoft Teams

We've just updated our Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations to give you the ability to choose what gets posted where.

For example, you could post positive feedback to your good news channel, while negative and neutral responses are shared with account managers.

Or you could let your marketing team know whenever you get a response with marketing permission without distracting them with anything else.

You can also separate CSAT and NPS responses into different channels.
