Edit Saved Reports + Include all responses

Overview
We’ve made two enhancements to reports that make them more convenient, based on partner feedback. It’s now possible to edit existing Saved Reports and update them, rather than having to delete and start again.
And you can now choose to include all responses in a report, not only those with comments.
Features
Edit saved reports, make changes to any of the existing selections and options and then save the updates.
Easily quit the editing mode and leave the Saved Report as it was.
Select between no reviews, only reviews with comments, and all reviews.
