Create new ticket - now with review details
We have improved our "create new ticket" automation for ConnectWise PSA. The automation will now populate tickets with complete details from the SmileBack review, including the customer's comment. You will find the details in a note and under the "Initial Description" heading.
This provides context for your colleagues so they can take appropriate action and saves time by not having to switch from ConnectWise PSA to SmileBack to find this information.
