We used to use a feedback platform that had a Word Cloud widget that came from the feedback/comment data. It was extremely useful to represent positive (or negative) feedback as it highlights oft repeated words more boldly, etc. I'll attach an example of a Word Cloud. Would be really nice to be able to have that on the dashboard or within reporting!
