I'd love this as well, chatgenie is now called Thread [ www.getthread.com ] and since its deeply integrated into our ConnectWise stack with PSA and Screenconnect as well as with CloudRadial (which itself has deep integration into PSA and CPQ ) -- it would be fantastic to be able to screenpop a survey at the end of a Thread chat session.
