Add Groups as a CSAT Reviews detail and filter

Pull in the Groups (you may have relabeled the field as "Department", "Business Unit" etc in your instance of PSA) that are associated with the Members on tickets reviewed with CSAT, and add a CSAT filter for it. Allowing you to see you CSAT results by Group as well as by individual Agents/Members.
